MY STORY

As a military wife and mother to two daughters, I have moved around a lot! While living in Louisiana, I came upon a recipe for caramels.  Wanting to bless my neighbors that summer, I gave the caramel candy recipe a shot.   Unfortunately, that first attempt did not set up correctly.  Trying later that year, with different conditions, I found initial success, and Crafted Caramel was born.  15 years of tweaking and taste testing have brought me here! 
All caramels are made, cut, and wrapped by hand.  No molds, so each piece is unique in size.  
My goal is to bring awareness (along with a little happiness) to how amazing hand-made caramel can be!
